| 摘 要： | 政府采购供应商作为政府采购合同中重要当事人之一,其在政府采购合同相关方面处于相对劣势的地位。我国对政府采购供应商在主体范围、诉讼权利救济、采购合同中的权利、监督权利等方面的保护不够完善,深入探讨我国对政府供应商保护的现状以及如何改善此状况,对于政府采购供应商权利的保护具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Government procurement suppliers as the government procurement contract is an important one of the parties,the government procurement contract is relatively inferior role.China＇s government procurement suppliers in the main range,litigation rights relief,procurement and contractual rights and supervision rights protection aren＇t perfect enough,It focuses on our government protection present situation and how to change it,which will play an important role in protection of the government procurement suppliers＇ rights. |
