| 摘 要： | 中国的法治模式是政府推进型的,中国走政府推进型法治道路是基于国情的特殊性。在这种模式引导下的中国法治现代化进程中,存在着理论上的困境、潜在的矛盾以及现实中的问题。只有致力于寻找中国法治的出路,才能建立起完善的具有中国特色的法治模式。

| Abstract: | The model of the rule of law in china is government advancing, which is based on the particularities of the situation. In this mode the boot in the process of modernization of China under the rule of law, there is in theory the dilemma, the potential for conflicts, as well as real-world problems. Only committed to finding a way out of China＇s rule of law, we can establish a perfect pattern of the rule .of law with Chinese characteristics. |
