| 摘 要： | 目前韶关市扶贫开发取得了显著的战略成就。但面对新时期扶贫开发的新形势,韶关市扶贫开发出现了贫困区域发展不平衡的新特点,产业扶贫缺乏战略性规划、产业结构单一、经济增收的战略能力不强、战略性发展乏力等新的问题需要科学应对。因此,应规划好韶关市扶贫连片开发战略,构建起韶关市扶贫连片开发新模式。

| Abstract: | At present,Shaoguan poverty alleviation and development have made significant strategic achievement.Facing of the new situation of poverty alleviation and development,poverty alleviation and development work is characterized by uneven regional development in poverty areas of Shaoguan.It is necessary to scientifically address issues of strategic developing with fatigue,lack of strategic planning industry to reduce poverty,single industry structure,and the poorly strategic capacity to increase economy.To this end,the article exploratorily builds a new model for contiguous poverty-reducing development of Shaoguan from a strategic perspective,and puts forward strategic plan for contiguous poverty alleviation and development. |
