| 摘 要： | 为适应保护消费者权利的需要,内地和台湾地区都先后制定了保护消费者的产品责任方面的法律。从产品责任立法体例和基本内容两个层面对海峡两岸产品责任立法进行比较分析可以看出,海峡两岸产品责任立法各有特点,可以相互借鉴。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the needs of the consumer protection movement, the mainland and Taiwan both have successively developed product liability laws in the aspect of consumer protection. However, comparingthe legislation of products liability across the Taiwan straits from two levels of legislation system of products liability and basic content, we can see that the product liability laws across the Taiwan straits have differentfeatures and can profit from each other. |
