垫片含缺陷钢制螺栓法兰结构密封性仿真分析

以法兰-螺栓-垫片组成的螺栓法兰连接系统为研究对象，利用ABAQUS软件构建该模型中的连接件整体和各个部件，进行不同工况下，垫片有无缺陷时螺栓法兰连接系统紧密性的应力及接触分析.结果表明：螺栓预紧力、介质内压和外加弯矩载荷都会对螺栓法兰连接的密封性产生影响；当垫片存在缺陷时，缺陷的尺寸和存在的位置会改变垫片接触应力的分布，缺陷深度越大，密封效果越差.

Simulation analysis of sealing performance of steel bolt flange structure with defects in gasket

Bolted flange structure has the advantages of good sealing performance, convenient disassembly and high strength, so it is widely used in the connection of oil and gas pipelines and pressure vessels. Taking the bolt flange connection system as the research object, the geometric parameter model is drawn based on CAD software. The whole connection piece and each component in the model are constructed by ABAQUS software. The Stress and contact analysis of the tightness of the bolt-flange connection system when the gasket is defective or not under different working conditions are carried out. The results show that the bolt pre-tightening force, the internal pressure of the medium and the applied bending load will all affect the sealing performance of the bolt flange connection. When the gasket has a defect, the size and location of the defect will change the distribution of the contact stress of the gasket. The greater the depth of the defect, the worse the sealing effect.
