基于决策者偏好信息的合作伙伴选择决策模型

合作伙伴的选择对整个供应链的绩效有着重要的影响,针对这一重要问题,提出了基于决策者偏好信息的合作伙伴选择决策模型。通过充分利用决策者对评价指标的偏好、决策者对评价指标权重产生方式的偏好和决策者对决策制定方式的偏好等三种重要偏好信息,充分考虑了决策相关的各个方面标准的主观性特点,更好地代表了决策的真实环境,其得到的结论更实际地反映了潜在合作伙伴间的差别。最后通过实例说明了模型的有效性和可操作性。

Decision model for partner selection based on preference information of decision-makers

The selection of partners has an important impact on the performance of the supply chain.In response to this important issue,a multiple criteria decision-making method based on the three kinds of information which includes the decision makers’ preferences about evaluation criteria,the formation of evaluation criteria’s weight and the constitution method of the decisions is proposed.The decision makers’ preference information are considered in the decision-making method,the various aspects of the decision-making related to the subjective standard are taken into account,decision-making environment is better represented,its conclusions are more realistic reflection of the difference of the potential partners.Finally,its effectiveness and practicability are testified by a numerical example.
