基于红外阵列传感器的电站锅炉空气预热器热点检测系统设计

摘    要:针对空气预热器移动式热点检测系统机构易"卡死"、热点检测严重滞后等问题,利用红外阵列传感器具有较宽测量范围的特点,提出一种固定式基于红外阵列传感器的热点检测方案.为满足红外阵列传感器Modbus通讯的需要,将电气装置设计为Modbus总线式结构.针对红外阵列传感器特点,提出了基于Dempster-Shafer(DS)证据理论的热点检测方法,该方法具有较高的检测精度.本方案与移动式检测方案相比较,在工作可靠性、热点检测精度等方面都有所提高.
