| Abstract: | Two ideas on the implementation of "administering the state with moral"are put forward.first,the construction of its procedure shonld be made according to the characters of moral administration.Second,the elaboration of the exact implemention way is qiven which includes as follows:setting up the ideological foundation of moral administration on the basis of sociatist market economy,streng thening civic moral education and practice and putting the hope and faith of moral administration the young generation. |
