聚溴酚蓝过氧化氢传感器的研究

摘    要:通过电聚合溴酚蓝于铂丝电极上,利用该聚合膜对H2O2直接催化制得无酶过氧化氢传感器.实验结果表明该聚合膜对H2O2呈现出良好的催化特性,并对该传感器性能及影响该传感器性能的因素作了详细的研究.在优化的条件下,该传感器的线性响应范围为5.6×10-8~1.4×10-5mol/L,检测线为3.1×10-8mol/L.并且,该传感器灵敏度较高、重现性好、稳定性较长.

Abstract:A novel enzyme-free amperometric hydrogen peroxide biosensor was developed by means of electro-polymerization bromophenol blue(PBPB) onto a platinum wire electrode. Experimental results showed that the PBPB-modified biosensor exhibited directly electrocatalytic behavior to the reduction of H2O2 without enzyme. The performance and factors influencing the proposed biosensor were studied in detail. Under the optimal conditions, the resulted electrode showed a linear response to hydrogen peroxide concentration ranging from 5.6×10-8 mol/L to 1.4×10-5 mol/L with a limit of detection of 3.1×10-8 mol/L and a sensitivity of 512 μA·mmol·L-1·cm-2. In addition, the resulted biosensor exhibited high sensitivity, good reproducibility and long-term stability.
