北京师院中老年血脂与心电图的统计分析

对北京师院40岁以上教职工768人血脂及心电图检查结果,进行了统计分析。结果表明,综合异常率为57.55％,异常率有随年龄增长而升高的特点;女性异常率高于男性;脑力劳动者异常率高于体力劳动者。三项血脂检查,以总胆固醇异常率最高达40.23％。提出了在今后血脂监测中以总胆固醇做为主要筛检指标,对总胆固醇水平异常者再进行高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-ch)检查的建议。

Statistical Analysis on Bloodlipid and ECG of above Middle-aged People in Beijing Teachers College

This article reports the examination results of bloodlipid and ECG belo-nging to 768 cases of the faculty and workers in Beijing Teachers' Collegewho are above 40 years old. The whole abnormal rate is 57.55%, the abno-rmal rate rises with age increase, and the female abnormal rate is higherthan the male's. Moreover, mental workers' abnormal rate is higher thanphysical labourers'. The abnormal rate of total cholesterol(TC) is up to40.23%, the highest of the three bloodlipid examinations. Therefore, TCshould be the primary screening standard of future bloodlipid examinations.The people whose TC level is abnormal should be examined in HDL-ch andLDL-ch.
