地面注水管线腐蚀机理与预防措施研究

摘    要:本文通过室内系列实验,对大港油田采油三厂十六大注水系统管线的腐蚀机理进行了研究,揭示了引起各注水管线腐蚀的主要因素是注水水质的高矿化度和高腐蚀性离子含量;同时,在同一条件下对各注水管线的腐蚀程度进行了对比,进一步提出了防止腐蚀的技术措施应首先选择合适的管材,并配合适当的缓蚀剂,可实现对注水管线腐蚀的良好抑制,对采油三厂的生产具有重要的指导作用.

Abstract:The corrosion mechanism of sixteen waterflood pipes ofNanbu Oilfield is researched through a series of in-house experiments, and the dominant elements that cause the corrosion are revealed, the two elements are the hypersalinity and high corrosive ion content of the injected water quality. And the corrosive degree of every waterflood pipe is contrasted in the same condition, the tecnique measure that appropriate pipes are selected first and then adequate anti-corrosive agent are adapted. So the control of corrosion of waterflood pipes can be realized, and there is an important instructing meaning for the production of Nanbu Oilfield.
