Raman激光频率扩展器参数分析

摘    要:本文对所研制的高压氢Raman频率扩展器的主要参数指标:阈值、输出能量、转换效率、输出模式(包括纵模及空间分布)等进行了研究。并给出了它们与泵浦激光(波长、强度、模式等)及Raman介质(长度、气压等)的关系与实验结果。频率扩展器用0.53u脉冲激光(60mJ)泵浦可得到~17mJ(0.68u)的一阶Stokes输出,转换效率达 28%,总转换效率(包括三阶 Stokes及四阶以上的 Anti-Stokes)超过 40%。

Abstract:The paper presents investigation on some major parameters on Raman laser frequency expander of high pressure hydrogen. These parameters are threshold, output energy, transfer efficiency and mode of output beam (including longitudinal mode and spatial configuration). The experimental results as well as some relations between these parameters and pump laser (wavelength, intensity and mode etc.), Raman medium (length, pressure) are also given. The output energy of first order of Stokes (0.68 micron) is about 17mJ when pump (0.53 micron) is 60mJ. The transfer efficiency is 28% while the total efficiency (including other orders of Stokes and anti-Stokes components) is more than 40%.
