磁致伸缩位移传感器的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了磁致伸缩位移传感器的研究现状、磁致伸缩位移传感器与其他传感器相比的自身优势、磁致伸缩位移传感器的应用及其MTS公司的最新产品TemposonicsⅢ和L系列,阐述了磁致伸缩位移传感器的基本原理,指出了磁致伸缩位移传感器在材料和电路两方面的发展方向。分析了传统的磁致伸缩位移传感器存在的问题及改进方法,预测了磁致伸缩位移传感器将采用一系列的新技术使该类传感器成本大幅下降,性能显著提高,应用范围更加广泛。

Abstract:This paper introduces the status quo of the investigation on magnetostrictive position sensor, the advantages of magnetostric- tive position sensor, application of magnetostrictive position sensor, and the latest product Temposonics Ⅲ and L conditions of MTS corporation etc. The basic theory of magnetostrictive position sensor is also presented. Furthermore, the developing tendency of magnetostrictive poaition sensor in material and circuit is pointed out. The problems and certain solutions of magnetostrictive position sensor are analyzed. New technology is also introduced to reduce the sensor~ cost, improve the performance, and widen its application range.
