| 摘 要： | 数控机床故障修复的水平直接影响着工厂的生产进度。根据日常维修的实践经验，总结出了几种常用的故障诊断方法，包括利用数控系统本身的自诊断功能，参数检查法，根据PC状态和梯形图进行诊断，利用功能程序测试法进行诊断等。

| Abstract: | The fault repairing level of the numerical control machine has the direct influence on the production of the factory. According to the practical experiences of the daily maintenance, this paper sums up several fault-diagnosing methods, including the method of using the self-diagnosing function of the numerical control system, the method of parameter testing, the diagnosis based on PC condition and ladder diagram, and the diagnosis with function program testing, etc. |
