摘    要:为迎接教育部本科教学工作水平评估,西藏大学在全校范围内开展了教育思想和教育观念大讨论。本次教育思想和观念的大讨论,指导思想明确,注重探讨教育教学改革的热点问题,参与面广,同时学习与讨论相结合,注重提高思想认识。通过大讨论进一步转变和更新了教育思想和教育观念,形成了提高教学质量、教学科研相互依存和促进,以教师为主导,以学生为主体,知识、能力、素质辩正统一和构建终生教育体系的教育思想,同时结合教育思想大讨论提出了西藏大学今后的教育与教学改革思路。

Modern Educational Thought and Educational Concept Ensuring Sustained and Concerted Development of Tibet University
Abstract:In order to receive the teaching evaluation for undergraduate courses from Ministry of Education,Tibet University has launched free discussions of educational thought and educational concept within the range of the university.The discussions have clear guidelines,and pay attention to the commonly concerned issues of the reformation in education and teaching.Furthermore,the broad masses have participated in the discussions.Learning through discussions can improve the thought of the public.In the course of free discussions,educational thought and educational concept are further changed and updated.It would improve the teaching quality,and make teaching and research work interdependent and improved.The educational thought with teachers as the leading factor,students as the subject has a permanent education system uniting knowledge,ability as well as quality of students.In addition,some thoughts about education and teaching reform of Tibet University in the future will also be gathered in the discussions.
