| 摘 要： | 地方高校生源不足,结构单一,质量差限制了地方高校的发展。在对影响地方高校生源质量原因的分析基础上,揭示地方高校生源组织规律及规模发展的适宜性和针对性,寻找生源组织对策,探索省内放开,省外少投、多对等的生源组织方式。

| Abstract: | Shortage of students source with single structure and poor quality limit the development of local colleges. This thesis reveals the organization law, seeks for solutions of the problems, and probes the new organization method, which should develop in a much opener environment. In order to break away from the dilemma and enlarge the living space, it provides good decisions of strategic importance. |
