| Abstract: | Primary organization is the aim and outcome of all the work.The intensive and effective launching of the party building in the primary organizations is the guarantee of strengthening the fighting capacity and the coherence of the party origination.The leading group is the one to constitute,operate and practice the development of the corporation, to fit the requirement of the situation tasks,and play the core function of the leader group is the key point of strengthening the building of the leadership. |
