铝粉化学镀纯镍的机理

摘    要:建立了铝粉化学镀纯镍的动力学模型,工艺的关键在于使镍的还原速度大于铝的溶解腐蚀速度,实验结果表明,温度,pH值,添加剂地粉末包覆质量有显著影响,结合动力学模型,讨论了这些因素对包覆质量的影响,认为工艺参数影响动力学模型的有效区域面积及两种速度的相对大小,从而影响包覆质量。

Abstract:The kinetics model of electroless pure nickel plating on the aluminium powders set up,it is key for the technological process to make the reducing velocity exceed dissolving and corrosion velocity of aluminium. The experimental results show that temperature,pH and the additional agent influence the coated quality remarkably. In terms of the model,the effect of these factors is discussed. It can be concluded that the technological parameters have influence on the effective area of the model and the relative size of the two kinds of velocity,and therefore the coated quality is influenced.
