Research of Using LXI in Automatic Test System Lesson

LXI bus has fast speed and flexible form and high throughput,and so on.So,under current measurement techniques circumstance,LXI become next-generation measurement platform.Firstly,the main research object in the ATS lesson is introduced in the paper.As a strong practical special lesson,the ATS lesson must follow the development of the new technology,so at the basis of describing the development history of the instrument interface bus,the LXI bus is chosen as a platform of new experiments.At last,an example is given,that is,the main controller makes a control of a digit multimeter via LXI in VEE.
