摘 要: | 研究不同的光照强度对极品速生红丁、南韩白丁、宝石红丁3种萝卜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及胚芽、胚根长度和重量的影响.结果表明,暗光条件下南韩白丁的发芽率为100%,宝石红丁的发芽率和发芽势也相对较高,但是速生红丁则在半遮光条件下萌发状况较好.三个品种萝卜种子均适应于弱光条件,不同光照强度和不同品种选择的交互作用对种子萌发的影响显著,不同品种的萝卜种子萌发对光照的利用和分配具有差异.生产实践中根据品种不同而度遮光是十分必要的,品种的合理选择和合适的光照条件相结合具有重要意义.

Abstract: | In order to study the variations of relative physiological indexes in the Radish under the different illumination intensities, the three varieties of seeds were Fast - growing red radish, White radish in Korea, Ruby Radish. The three different illumination treatments which were the semi - shade, no shade and full shade were set. The influences of different illumination intensities on germination rate, germination energy, germination index, Germ, radicle length and weight. The results showed that when the illumination intensity was the germination rate of White radish in Korea is 100% under full shade. The germination rate and germination energy of Ruby Radish is higher under the condition of full shade than the other two. But the germination rate of Fast - growing red radish is better under the semi - shade. The bright light wasn' t favorable for the growth of three kinds of radish seeds. Different light intensity and the interactions between different species selection for seed germination significantly, the influence of different species of radish seed germination have difference to light utilization and allocation. Production practice according to different varieties and degree of shading is very necessary, varieties of rational choice and the right combination of light conditions is of great significance. |
