摘    要:WIN2000下雷达图像采集压缩记录系统,主要包括采集、压缩、存储、传输等内容.该系统在设计过程中涉及图像采集卡的编程、JPEG2000压缩算法的应用、文件管理以及网络通信等.该系统采集压缩得到JPEG2000格式的图像压缩率高,质量好.以系统时间命名的文件存储方式,使文件管理更方便.网络传输过程中,系统具有异常情况恢复功能,使网络重新连接,且不影响其他功能运行,所以增强了系统的稳定性和可靠性.该系统的实现,为分析舰船事故原因提供重要的资料.

Abstract:The radar image capture, compression and recording system under WIN2000 mainly includes capture, compression, storage and transmission, etc. In the process of design,this system involves programming of image capture card, the application of JPEG2000 compression algorithms,file management and network communication,etc.The image of JPEG2000 format captured and compressed by this system has a high compression rate and good quality.It is more convenient to manage files in the way of saving files with the system time as filename. In the process of network transmission,this system has a function of resumption in abnormal instance,while other functions of this system will not be affected,which improves this system's stability and reliability.The realization of this system offers important information for analysing the cause of ships accidents.
