人事管理中“进”人的数学探讨

摘    要:针对在人事管理的“进”人活动中,只重“定性”考核,而轻“定量”的弊端,从平面直角坐标系中点到坐标圆点的距离出发,讨论了人事管理活动中“进”人的“定性”、“定量”两种考核的同等重要性,提出了“人事管理活动”中“定量”考核的两种数学考核模式,并加以论述。

Abstract:Being directed against the disadvantage in the personnel management,in which people always pay much more attention to the "qualitative" examination than to the "quantitative" examination when they decide to introduce a qualified person,the same importance of the two examinations in the personnel administration is discussed,by using the distance from the middle point of plane rectangular coordinate system to the round dot of the coordinate,and two mathematical examination models of the "quantitative" examination in the personnel management are put forward and expounded.
