| Abstract: | Taking the fact that Guandi Mine of Xishan Coal-Electricity Company(Group)realized the first safety year in 1998 since the Mine has been built in 1960 through mechanism transformation, system establishment and scientific management as an example, this paper expounds the important significance of mechanism transformation, system establishment and scientific management under present situation for the safe production of coal enterprises. |
