New Approach on the Research of System Science and Philosophy - On Wu Jie＇ s The Principia Mathematical of Systems Philosophy

The paper studies and introduces the new work of Profesor Wu Jie - ＂The principia mathematica of Systems Philosophy＂ systematically. It points out that the systems philosophy of Wu Jie has three major breakthrough and the publishing of this book means that the third breakthrough of Wu Jie philosophy because of he gives the unified mathematical research and explanation to the systems philosophy. Especially important, the author of this book tries to resolve The Einstein - Chen Ning Yang problem： Why the World is so harmonious and can be understand by human being. As a result, Wu Jie makes his systems philosophy as the unification of ontology, axiology and epistemology.
