| 摘 要： | 建立和完善农村社会保障体系,是我国全面建设小康社会必不可少的部分。浙江的农村社会保障面临挑战,农村社会保障的现状不容乐观,存在不少的问题。因此,应当建立城乡一体化的三位一体的社会保障体系,以推进理论层面和实践层面的改革发展。

| Abstract: | the establishing of a complete agricultural social security system is an important part in building a well-off society. This paper discusses the status quo as well as the challenges and problems of agricultural pension security in Zhejiang Province. It also argues that it is of practical significance to establish the same system for social security both in urban and rural areas. |
