膨胀阻燃PA-66体系热降解研究

摘    要:以聚磷酸铵(APP)为酸源,采用新型无卤,膨胀阻燃体系阻燃PA-66.PA-66是聚合物基质,还可作为炭源并参与气源作用。通过热重分析研究了PA-66膨胀阻燃体系的热降解和阻燃机理,实验表明,APP降低了纯聚合物的稳定性,改变了聚合物PA-66的的热降解过程。

Abstract:A novel non halogen intumescent flame retardant polyamide 66 was proposed, in which ammonium polyphosphate(APP,acid source) and nylon 66(polymeric matrix, gas source and carbonific agent) were involved. The thermal degradation and flame retardant process of IFR system have been studied by TGA. Based on kinetic data(activation energy E ), it shows that the thermal degradation process of polymer PA 66 was dramatically held earlier due to the presence of APP rendering its flame retardance much improved.
