离心泵叶轮CAD系统中流道几何模型的构造

摘    要:提出了一种离心泵叶轮的计算机辅助设计方法,给出了保证叶轮流道光顺的几何模型;在按过水断面面积变化规律设计叶轮流道时,对轴面流道和叶片同时进行设计,使得最终设计出的叶轮轴面流道和叶片所确定的叶轮流道的过水断面面积积分布情况精确地符合设计目的。为提高离心泵叶轮的设计质量及效率提供了一个新的方法。

Abstract:In this article a method of CAD for centrifugal pump impeller is given and the sleek impeller flow channel with continuous curvature is gained.In accordance with the given area distributing pattern of flow liquid fracture,two steps,real channel curves design step and vane design step,are crossly programmed to ensure the real area distributing of flow liquid fracture determined by the shapes of the designed axial channel and the vane tallying with the given pattern.Algorithm has been realized,thus providing a CAD method for improving design quality and efficiency of centrifugal pump impeller.
