| 摘 要： | 报道了湖南黄精属新记录植物武陵黄精Polygonatum sinopubescens的发现及核型.该植物分布于湖南高望界国家自然保护区境内，其染色体数目2n=18，核型公式为2n=2x=12m+(2sat)+6sm (2sat)，为3B型.新分布点的发现为本种的分类学和系统学研究提供了更多样化的样品，同时为种质资源保护及其合理开发提供了基础资料.

| Abstract: | This study reports the distribution of a newly recorded species Polygonatum sinopubescens (Polygonatum,Liliaceae) in the National Nature Reserve of Gaowangjie,Guzhang county,Hunan,China.The karyotype of the chromosomes of Polygonatumsinopubescens is also reported.The chromosome numbers is 2n=18 with the karyotype formula being 2n=2x=12m (2sat)+6sm (2sat) and the type is 3B.The discovery of occurrence locality provides more diverse samples for further classification and phylogenetic analysis,and also offers the basic information for protection and rational development of germplasm resources. |
