| Abstract: | This paper discusses on that the library must adopt a series of measures of giving full play to the actions of the librarians, strengthening the structural reform, establishing and perfecting regulations and systems, guaranteeing effectively all rights of the librarians, and reinforcing on- the job training, etc. to improve the quality of the librarians completely and further increasing the social competitive power of the library. |
