| 摘 要： | 通过采用具有拼分式下模的套筒模和专用下砧，实现了东方红75拖拉机第二轴锻件以局部顶镦的方式，在自由锻锤上的胎膜锻造，也为超长杆类锻件的锤上胎膜锻造提供了一种途径。

| Abstract: | A spell sleeve down mould and a special down anvil are used on a forging machine to realize the Dongfanghong 75 tractor secondary shaft＇s free forging through the local roof swage and this method provides a way for the forging of long rod type parts on a forging machine . |
