摘    要:介绍一一种新型的轮槽铣刀锻造工艺--以两件刀坯相挤成型,克服了单件滚挤端裂、废品率高的缺点,由于坯料逐渐缩径,使得金属组织密实,碳化物分布均匀,该铸造工艺不仅提高了刀具的性能和使用寿命,而且节省了钢材,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:The paper introduced a kind of new type of forging technology in turbine milling cutter,in which double steel product was rolled to be baked forming relatively in order to overcome the shortcoming of end crackle of single squeeze and high rate of waste. Because of reducing steel diameter gradually, steel tissue structure was improved and carbonic compound was distributed well. This forging technology not only improved the function and service life of cutting tools, but also saved steel and improved economic effect.
