摘    要:以盐田中度卤水为原料,石灰乳为沉淀剂制备Mg(OH)2粉体。设计正交实验确定改善Mg(OH)2沉降蕊过滤性能的反应条件,结果表明反应温度和石灰乳的滴加速度对Mg(OH)2的沉降性能影响最显著,并重点考察了温度和加料两反应因素,进一步探讨了温度对晶体生长和团聚的影响。通过分析传统滴加方式的局限性而设计了新加料方式。结果表明,通过上述反应条件控制,在保证较高的沉降性能的基础上使Mg(OH)2纯度有明显提高。

Abstract:Mg(OH)2 was prepared by addicting lime milk to middling concentration brine of brine pan. The crosstab-design method was adopted and optimal reaction conditions was selected to ensure accelerate sedimentation of Mg( OH)2. The temperature and feed rate is the key factors in the reaction conditions to speed sedimentation. The reaction temperature was discussed in process of growing and being reunited of crystals. The new feeding method was designed to settle Mg(OH)2 easily and improve purity of Mg(OH)2 compared with the disadvantage of traditional way.
