| 摘 要： | 通过对企业人力资本投资理论的深入认识,将数学最优化方法研究理论运用到企业人力资本管理,在对企业人力资本投资进行效益评价的基础上,建立企业人力资本优化配置模型,并指出企业对人力资本投资优化创新的同时应重视对人力资本投资环境的优化。
