摘    要:本文讨论一维晶体中激子通过形变势和光学声子的相互作用,分别导出强,弱耦合激子基态的有效哈密顿量和重正化有效质量。在强耦合情况下,一维激子的自能及重正化有效质量是α的降幂级数,其首项为α的一次方。在弱耦合情况下,一维激子的自能及重正化有效质量是α的一次函数。

Abstract:Some properties of the interaction of the exciton with optical-phono -as via the deformation potential in one-dimensional Crystal are investigated within the scheme of variational approach based on the unitary transformation and the method of a layrange multiplier. The effective Hamitonian, the effective mass and the effective potential of the exciton in the electron-hole is calculated in both the weak-and strong-coupling linit. In the strong-coupling limit the self-trapping energy and the effective mass of one-dimensional exciton could be written as a series in a-1, the first term being a, Coupling Constant. In the weak-coupling limit the self-trapping energy of one-dimensional exciton is propert-ional to a, the effective mass is proportional to a-1 .
