| 摘 要： | 在多种载荷联合作用下舰船总纵强度可靠性分析计算中，考虑时间因素，用随机过程代替随机变量，即以动态模型与第二水平法相结合求解可靠性指数，分析表明，此方法较静态模型能更好地反映实际情况，对在役或老龄舰船尤为适用。

| Abstract: | In the reliability analysis of ship longitudinal strength under combined loads, the effect of time is taken into account. The stochastic process is used instead of random variable, i.e. combining the dynamic model with MVFOSM method, and working out a solution for the reliability index. The results show that the model developed is more rational than static model, especially in a servicing or aging ship. |
