聚甲基红膜修饰电极的制备及其对抗坏血酸的电催化性能研究

摘    要:研究了聚甲基红膜修饰电极(PMRE)的制备方法及其在水溶液中的电化学行为,用循环伏安技术对该膜的电化学特性进行了初步的探讨,结果表明PMRE对抗坏血酸具有很好的电催化作用.催化峰电流与底物浓度在较宽的范围内有良好的线性关系,可用于实际样品分析。

Abstract:The fabrication of polymethyl red modified electrode and its electrocatalytic property were inverstigated. The behaviors of the modified electrode in aqueous solutions were also studied through cyclic voltamm etric technique. The result showed that the modified electrode can exert strong redoxation on ascorbic acid.The catalytic peak currents were linear to the concentration of substrate in a wide range.This system can be applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in practical samples.
