| 摘 要： | 本文在相同培养条件和酵母茵接种量相同的情况下，采用凯氏定氮法，对五种培养基的含氮量和粗蛋白含量进行测定，发现配方二最适宜于酵母茵的生长，舍氮量和粗蛋白含量最高。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the measurements of nitrogen and raw protein in different medium was studied with micro- kjeldahi method.The resultshowed that in the same cultivating and having an inoculation,formula two was the best for the growing of yeast,among which the measurements of nitrogen and raw protein was the highest. |
