| 摘 要： | 文章在阐明电子政务在我国的特殊内涵的基础上,评述了合肥市电子政务的管理体系、建设模式;并结合合肥市的电子政务实际发展现状,分析了合肥市电子政务存在的问题与困难,其提出了完善电子政务的措施与对策,为探索电子政务的建设提供了较为有效的新思路。

| Abstract: | The paper starts with the definition of the special connotation of electronic-government in China. Then it makes some comments on the management system and construction mode of electronic-government in Hefei. Based on the present situations of the electronic government in Hefei, it analyzes the existing problems and difficulties, and then puts forth some new effective countermeasures to improve the construction of the said work. |
