摘    要:采用关断GTO的方法进行短路保护,具有电路简单、成本低的特点,可将保护电路直接加入GTO的门极驱动电路,但对短路检测的速度要求较高,本文提出了适合于关断保护法的检测方案,设计出一套关断保护电路,并在斩波电路上对保护电路的可靠性进行了验证

Abstract:Simple circuit and low cost are the advantages of turn-off protection scheme for the GTO VSI short circuit fault, and the protection circuit can be easily placed in the gate drive circuit of GTO. In order to protect GTO reliably, a high-speed detection circuit is needed to detect short circuit fault in time. This paper proposes a fast detection method suited to turn off protection scheme, gives the detection circuit and short circuit protection circuit. The reliability of the fast turn off protection circuit is tested on GTO chopper circuit.
