摘    要:水力压裂是乌南低渗透油藏的重要增产措施;但该地区的压裂井在施工过程中普遍存在达不到设计砂比的问题,主要原因是砂堵比较严重。结合该油田压裂井的压裂施工曲线、测井曲线、测井解释成果、压裂施工设计及实际施工参数分析等,利用斜率反转法,分析了砂堵产生的原因,建立了预测砂堵的新方法;并针对其中2口砂堵井进行了分析。在此基础上提出了解决砂堵及未达到设计砂比的具体建议。研究结果对于乌南油藏后续压裂设计和施工具有一定的参考价值,对其他类似的低渗透砂岩油藏的压裂施工也具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:Hydraulic fracturing is an important stimulation technology in Wu Nan low permeability oil reservoir, a problem that proppant volume can not reach to designed volume occurs in large part of wells, among which the sand plug wells account for a large percentage. This paper analyzed the causes of sand plug in fracturing treatment by considering the factor of construction curve, log curve, log presentation and fracturing design; the inverse slope method was also used to analyze the reason of sand plug and provides the way to avoid the occurrence of screen-out. Meanwhile, concrete suggestions were proposed for preventing sand plug. Understanding and suggestions for reasons of sand plug have very high value to subsequent design and operation in fracturing treatment of Wu Nan reservoir and it also acts as guidance to similar low permeability reservoirs.
