摘    要:根据井眼及工况条件,预判是否将发生岩屑清洁事故,可以提前采取相应处理措施,规避相关事故风险,从而实现高效经济钻进。从工程应用的角度出发,考虑不同洗井区岩屑的运移机理,建立了一套实用简单的井眼清洁模型,并用现场数据验证了该模型的正确性和准确性。实例应用结果表明,模型能较准确预测岩屑床厚度,能够为施工前参数优化设计和钻井现场井眼清洁状况预判提供依据。

Abstract:According to well conditions and work conditions, predicting whether there will occur cuttings cleaning accident or not helps take measures to avoid accident risk and achieve efficient and economic drilling. From the view of engineering application, based on cuttings transport mechanism of different inclination sections, a practical and simple borehole cleaning model is developed, and its correctness and accuracy is verified by the comparison to field data. The results show that the model can predict the cuttings bed height accurately and provide the basis for parameters optimization design before drilling and the borehole cleaning conditions prediction while drilling.
