| Abstract: | The metaphase of Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis was prepared with PHA culture in vitro and short-term in vitro culture of kiney cells, as well as air-drying technique. The analytic result showed that the formula of cromosome number was 2n=50, the karytypic formula was 28 m+14 sm+4 st+ 4t, NF was 92. |
