| 摘 要： | 分析了交叉口饱和度变化对路段行程时间和交叉口延误时间产生影响的灵敏性 ,在实现SO/UE(系统最优 /用户均衡 )混合均衡模式的系统目标时 ,确立路网中交叉口饱和度为导行控制依据 .建立了以饱和度为导行依据的导行方法 ,给出了导行路线优化流程图 .在非拥挤状态下 ,建议实施多路线导行 ,以均衡路网交通需求 .在拥挤 /交通异常存在状态下则实施饱和度导行策略 ,并对饱和度导行方法中的控制变量进行了分析说明 .

| Abstract: | Analyze the influence of travel time and delay of intersection on the variations of intersection saturation.While using equilibrium model in realizing system target,route guidance can control intersection saturation in road network program,which is a method of route guidance on saturation control,and offer the optimized route guidance procedure.Under non-congestion circumstances,multi-path route strategy is proposed to implement,in order that road network requirement is balanced perfectly.Under congestion or incident conditions,route strategy on saturation can be implemented and the control variable of route guidance on saturation control is also analyzed. |
