| 摘 要： | 本文在吸收了国外许多企业成功的以人为本管理方法的基础上,结合我国国营大中型企业的特点,对企业文化诊断的指标体系作了一些探索。作者来用模糊综合评判的方法,使企业文化的诊断不仅能作定性分析,而且还能作定量分析,为企业管理者诊断某个企业的企业文化提供了有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the successful managerial approach of some foreign enterprises and characteristics of China's state owned enterprises of large and middle size, this article probes the target system of the diagnosis of corporate culture. As the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied, the diagnosis can be made with both quantitative and qualitative analysis, thus an effective approach is created for the diagnosis of the corporate culture. |
