煤层巷道锚杆支护稳定性数值模拟研究

摘    要:锚杆支护的作用在于加大巷道围岩的围压,从而提高围岩的强度而保持其稳定性。我国大多数矿井进行锚杆支护设计多以经验方法为主,具有一定的局限性,很难满足生产上的要求。本文采用FEM和BEM耦合算法,对木城润煤矿540203工作面顺槽、切巷和 570二石门三槽煤巷、切巷两种条件下锚杆支护试验巷道的围岩应力、变形及破坏规律进行的数值模拟研究,分析了锚杆支护巷道应力变化及可能发生的力学效应,为合理进行锚杆支护设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper, FEM and BEM coupling algorithm was applied in Mu Cheng Jian Coal Mine, under two conditions, namely the work face gateway, open-off cut of 540203 and 570 No2. cross cut,No3. gate way, open-off cut, the surrounding rock stress, reform and destroy rules of bolt support tunnel were researched, the stress change and probable mechanics effect of bolt support coal seam was also analyzed, which has provided foundation for bolt support design.
