蒙药清肺汤的抗菌作用及对小鼠非特异性免疫功能影响的实验研究

探讨清肺汤的抗菌作用及对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响 ,揭示其治疗呼吸道感染性疾病的作用机理 .实验表明 ,清肺汤在体外有较广的抗菌谱 ;能使正常及免疫低下小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;使正常小鼠的胸腺重量明显增加 (P <0 0 1) ,并拮抗环磷酰胺所致的小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量降低 (P <0 0 1) .

Study on the Antisceptic Function of the Decoction for Clearing Heat from the Lungs of Mongolian Herbal Medicine and the Influence of Its Non-specific Immunoe Function on Mice

A preliminary study on the antisceptic function of the decoction for clearing the heat from the lungs of Mongolian herbal medicine outside the body and the influnence of its non specific immune function and brings lights to the functional mechanism of treating respiratory tract infective disease is made in this article.The experimental results shows that this decoction has strong antiseptic function outside the body and it can make the phagocytic percentage and the phagocytic index of phagocytes in the abdomen of normal mice and the hypoimmune mice increase evidently(P<0.05) and can make the weight of thymus gland of normal mice increase markedly (P<0.01).
