In this paper we consider that the obstruction of water layer becoms an equal and continous according to the real condition and the mechanism of the gushing,by means of the theory on machanics of material and structural machanics.The similar hypothesis will be put forward and the discriminant of accord with real condition will be established by the analysis of the gushing in a strip pit of foundations It provides effective and simile calculation method about the judgement of the gushin.
