贵阳市养牛村蔬菜基地土壤及蔬菜硝酸盐的研究

摘    要:为了解贵阳市不同蔬菜硝酸盐的含量状况,对贵阳市养牛村无公害蔬菜生产基地应季15个蔬菜样品和13个土壤样品中的全氮和硝酸盐含量进行测定,结果表明:不同种类的蔬菜中硝酸盐的含量差别很大。检测的所有蔬菜样品中,叶菜类蔬菜硝酸盐的均值含量偏高,以绿星青菜硝酸盐含量最高,达到6960.8 mg/kg;土壤样品的全氮平均值为0.2107%,属于高肥力土壤;土壤样品的硝态氮平均含量为2309.52 mg/kg,较一般菜园土壤偏高;对于大多数蔬菜而言,土壤硝酸盐的含量是对蔬菜硝酸盐含量有较大影响;所测定的15个蔬菜样本中超过四级标准达到严重污染水平的占33.3%.
