胰蛋白酶对蟾蜍视网膜早期感受器电位的影响

摘    要:用胰蛋白酶处理视网膜,当浓度在0.1%时,ERP的振幅提高了67%.当酶浓度增至0.25%或更高时,ERP的振幅反而下降.本文对产生上述结果的机制作了分析讨论.

Abstract:It was found that,when the retina of toad was treated with trypsin at a concentration of 0.1%, the amplitude of ERP increased by 67%. But when the concentration of trypsin was high(0.25% or more), the amplitude of ERP decreased obviously. The possible mechanism of these results were discussed.
