| 摘 要： | 构建学习型社会离不开图书馆,特别是高校图书馆的积极参与,中国公共图书馆的现状,与世界上尚未建成学习型社会的国家相比还有很大差距,与公共图书馆相比,中国高校图书馆在人力、馆藏和管理方面均具有一定的优势,因而应该而且能够担当起建设学习型社会的重任.
